Historical Museum invites to the exhibition presenting the Warsaw history. The Seven
Centuries of Warsaw - this is an exhibition presenting the Warsaw history between the Two
World Wars.

Organs Archsee - The IX International Organs' Music Festival

The International Organs' Music Festival "Organs Archsee" every year receives
the excellent organists-virtuosos from all over the world, who ensure very high artistic
level of this performance. In Warsaw temple performed organists from the most important
European cathedrals, the famous professors from European universities, laureates of the
international organ's competitors, the great personalities, the excellent improvisers,
presenting repertoire composed by themselves. There were among others : O. Latry, E.
Kooiman, H. Vogel, W. Guggenmos, E. Berzolla, C. Ganz, etc. and Polish organists (P.
Kapituła i J. Erdman) exposed the compositions of the Polish organists-composers:
Mieczyslaw Surzynski and Feliks Nowowiejski.
Festival concerts are held every year during three summer months (July, August and
September) every Sunday at 4 p.m. in St. John's Cathedral.

The International Posters Biennale

Biennale has place periodically, every year. There is undoubtedly the prestigious and
significant artistic event, presenting the latest achievements of this art.
There are presented at Biennale works of artists from all over the world. Such an overview
lets us to watch dominating tendencies in the poster's art, which in spite of that the
best years have already been left behind, it remains however one of the important parts of
the contemporary mass culture. Biennale has already received recognition of the plastic's
and artistic graphic's creators and was the first in the world in this art's domain.
Biennale is organised under auspices of The International Council of Graphic Design
Association ICOGRADA, which grants The Special Award MBP.

The regular exhibition of International Collection
of the Contemporary Art.
Centrum Sztuki Współczesnej., Ujazdowski Palace Al. Ujazdowskie 6, Warsaw
It tries to show features distinguishing the Polish art and its relations with the
significant attitudes and tendencies of the world art. Collected works within the limits
of this Collection show changes in the art from 60's, which have crystallised its
contemporary interpretation. Varieties of transformations and investigations having
proceeded since that time, and especially experience of conceptualism caused that the art
released in some measure as the duty to reflect reality, became its complement, autonomic
sphere of inexhaustible creative possibilities. The art of last four decades is phenomenon
too complex to claim that created within the limits of different collections art models
can reach closed and discredited forms.
