Zachęta, Plac Małachowskiego 3, 00-916 Warsaw,
Monographic exhibition of Jerzy Nowosielski, one of the most famous Polish artists from
the second half of XX century. Painter, professor of Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. His
production oscillates between the icon paintings and the traditional avant-garde, the
figure and abstraction. It shows the artist's views to the art seen as a synthesis of
material and abstractive aspects of reality. Jerzy Nowosielski paints acts, landscapes,
still life nature, religious compositions. This exhibition is performed on the occasion of
80th anniversary of the artist's birthday.

The stars of 24TH OVERVIEW OF ACTORS SONG IN WROCŁAW will be the Paris vocalist and actor
- Patricia Kaas. Apart from foreign guests, Wroclaw will be visited by the stars of the
Polish stage, among others:. Stanisława Celińska, Krystyna Janda, Anna Maria Jopek,
Maryla Rodowicz, Hanna Banaszak, Kazik Staszewski, Zbigniew Zamachowski, Stanisław Sojka
i Marian Opania.
The 24TH OVERVIEW OF ACTORSSONG IN will be completed by the Gala Concert. This year the
Gala will be dedicated to Julian Tuwim - on the 50th anniversary of the poet's death. |
